  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Property Access

  • This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. An elevator is available onsite.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit and communal door codes. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • Access to building amenities includes pool, gym, community grills, outdoor ping pong, lounge areas around the firepit, and rooftop escapes. See Amenities section for pool schedule and restrictions.

  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • Local residents (primary residence within two hours of the property) are not permitted to book.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • All amenities are to be used at guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for injury or damages.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises.
  • If no garage spaces are available, or for extra vehicles, first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically from early spring through the end of October, 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
  • The pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • Luggage holding service is complimentary and available Monday–Sunday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm, subject to availability. Oversized luggage (over 50 lbs) is not accepted.
  • Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. Bathroom set includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 bar soap, 1 hand soap, makeup wipe, and trash can liner. Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided. Additional items cannot be provided if requested.
